BioShock Infinite severe stuttering/framedrops
Playing BioShock Infinite I have really bad stuttering and framedrops. I'm running the game at 2560x1440 at fully maxed-out settings. Changing the settings to lowest have not fixed the performance issues. When I start the game, it usually runs fairly smooth for 10 minutes or so, and then the stuttering/framedrops start and worsen with time.
I'm running a Gigabyte G1 GTX 1080, running the latest Nvidia drivers (v382.05). I am also using a G-sync display, clocked at 165hz, if that is important. The rest of my PC is well above the recommended specs for Infinite (i5 6600K/32GB RAM), and when I played Infinite on PS3 and my old PC (i7 4790K/GTX 970/16GB RAM) I noticed no problems like this. I have a feeling that there is a driver issue or something happening here, but I'm not sure. Help please?

Fps drops in certain games driving me insane
Hey guys, first of all, I have a very slow HDD (5900rpm) and minor drops in recent games like AC Odyssey is totally fine since I realize that my HDD is a bottleneck for that game. However:
In older games like, Outlast 2, Bioshock Infinite, Rocket League, I have weird fps drops. Outlast sometimes drops fps heavily when something fast paced happens. It also drop frames for a split second when I pause the game. Otherwise its 60fps. In Bioshock, sometimes when going into a new area (not a loading screen but a new portition of the area I'm in), the game drops FPS heavily. In Rocket League, it is pretty minor, usually 2-3 fps, but since it's a very fast paced game, it is very noticable. These problems persist even with capping fps to a lower value. Note that all of these games ar in Unreal Engine. I also have a problem with Devil May Cry 5 and Resident Evil 2 Remake. Both of them handle 60fps very well but they stutter when I go into a new area. Both of these games are made with RE Engine. Other games like Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Mafia 3, Ac Odyssey, Ac Syndicate work fine with respectable performance. What I've tried:
Fiddling around with virtual memory
Enabling/Disabling stuff in Nvidia Control Panel
Clean install of Windows 10 [UserBenchmarks: Game 32%, Desk 52%, Work 43%]

Thanks in advance for any kind of help
EDIT: Tried emptystandbylist, didn't work. Also tried Dishonored 2 and The Witcher 3 and they all work pretty smoothly.
